Two orchestral harps
The harp is the shimmering, expressive edge of the orchestra, and with this collection we add that shimmer to our modular orchestra, the Berlin Series.
We went back to the Teldex Scoring Stage to capture the spirit of this enchanting instrument. To give you even more scope in enhancing your Berlin Series template, we recorded not one, but two harps.
Two deep-sampled harps with true pedal control and glissandi in various modes and keys.

Release dampening
For both harps, different note lengths and dampening sounds are recorded and triggered within the sustain patches depending on the timing of the key releases.
If you play very short notes, the strings will be dampened immediately. However, if you use the sustain pedal, they will ring out for as long as you hold it down.
True pedal control
Each harp string has been recorded in its natural, sharp and flat pitch. A special interface within CAPSULE allows users to control this feature, tuning the harp just like the real thing.
Playable glissandi patches
These patch samples were recorded using a glissando technique, which is different from that of a single plucked note. Berlin Symphonic Harps is perfect for creating these glissando sounds.
A perfectly balanced sound
In addition to the technical features that give users full control over these sublime instruments, this collection—like all of the renowned Berlin Series—delivers a perfectly balanced sound captured in Berlin's famous Teldex Studio using uncompromising recording techniques.
