1. Select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct the selection

In our online store, you can select from the range of products we offer and collect products in a virtual shopping cart using the button "Add to Cart" without obligation. Your shopping cart you can view at any time by clicking on the "Cart" tab. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "garbage can" symbol. This will automatically update the shopping cart.

2. Enter your data / select payment method

In the shopping cart, you can access the account settings via the "Checkout" button. Here you can use the "Edit" button to enter/change your billing address and any TAX IDs / VAT No. and save the entered data using the "Save" button. You can also enter any voucher codes here and apply them to your purchase using the "Apply" button.

You can also remove products from your order by clicking on the "garbage can" symbol. Please check that all details are correct before you proceed. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer with regard to the products in your shopping cart and send us your order.

3. Order and contract confirmation

For your information, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail from us, which lists your order once again. With this e-mail we also confirm the conclusion of the contract.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you submit a binding offer to us.

We offer you the option of paying by "credit card" and "PayPal". The contract is concluded when you have completed the payment process with our payment service provider Stripe by clicking on “Pay” and the payment is initiated by your credit card provider or Paypal with your authorization.

5. Payment methods

We offer you the following options for paying for our products via our payment service provider:

a. Payment by credit card
If you have selected the "credit card" option, enter your card details in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be processed via Stripe and your credit card provider.

b. Payment via PayPal 
If you have selected the "PayPal" option, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after klick on the „Pay“ button. Please log in there and follow the instructions.

7. Storage of the contract text

We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail.

8. Statutory liability for defects

For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights apply, unless otherwise stipulated in sections 10 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

9. Contract language

The contract language is English.

10. Complaints/online dispute resolution

If you have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 10. Consumer arbitration
